Unless otherwise stated, most electronic products sold on our website includes a 36 months warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty typically covers:

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request support under warranty:

A detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos (if applicable)
We’ll assess your claim and may ask you to return the item for inspection.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty and is within warranty, we will:

Repair the item free of charge, or
Replace it with a new or equivalent model, or
Offer a refund if repair/replacement is not possible
Return Shipping

Within 30 days of delivery: We cover return postage for confirmed faults.
After 30 days: You may be responsible for shipping the item back unless covered by the manufacturer.
