Warranty Information

This warranty automatically comes with the purchase of any device on Wonderprice. It covers all defects for hardware and software — and it’s just one of the many ways we’ve got your back! We will repair a defective device or offer a replacement for it. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the delivery of your item.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is limited to technical defects and component issues that affect the functionality of your item. The warranty will not cover your item if it is:

• Lost, dropped, or broken
• Damaged by liquids (oxidation)
• Opened for repair or diagnosis by a third party (other than the seller)

In other words, if a malfunction occurs with your item, but it has been broken/oxidized/opened by a third party, or shows signs of impact due to a fall, the warranty will no longer apply.

Good to know

Be sure to let us know as soon as your device is defective. Otherwise, your service request may be rejected, and the seller won’t be obligated to repair or replace your item.
