Once mounted and connected to your compatible Garmin nav, a camera button will appear on your nav to toggle between
camera and nav view. The BC40 can also be controlled by your voice, so if you don’t want to take
your eyes off the
road and push the camera button, you can simply say “Show Video”/”Hide Video”. Once the BC40 detects forward
movement, it will automatically switch back to navigation mode. Best of all, you can even switch to live backup view
while driving and use the BC40 as an additional rearview mirror.
